My First Day of School 1-29-13

Hi-Oh everybody,
Here's another first I can tell you about.  The morning of January 29th, 2013 started out a bit different than most other mornings (at least I think, cuz I can't tell time).  Mom and Dad actually woke me up to get me ready to go somewhere. Where are we going?  (I'm excited but I don't know why!)  I got dressed, put on my coat and hat, and grabbed...a ladybug backpack? okay....a ladybug lunch bag?  okay...well anyway, this is fun -- I have new stuff, Mom and Dad are here hanging out with me, and we are going on a road trip.
Four minutes later, we arrived at 'school'.  I don't know what school is, but there were paintings of snowmen and penguins on the walls, the adults were all very nice and there lots of other people my size.  My classroom had some cool toys, like awesome toy dinosaurs.   While Mommy and Daddy were kissing me goodbye for my first day of school I said, 'No Bye Bye,' but it was half-hearted while I was having fun with my dinos.  It took about five minutes to realize they weren't actually there.  Did they really leave me alone with these strangers and little people... and dinosaurs?
Suddenly this doesn't seem so great!  Where is my Mommy?  Where is Daddy?  I want Yiayia!  Situ was right about 'that place': there are tiny ugly germs everywhere, the snacks are not organic and schmoozing with other little people who only speak gibberish is overrated.  I want outta here!  Somebody please he...oooh, a jungle jim, that looks fun.  Wheeeeee!!
Okay, maybe 'that place' isn't so bad.  Today, in my first day of school, I am proud to announce that I played indoors and out, I made some new friends, I ate most of my first school lunch (it was chicken nuggets, spinach, potatoes and applesauce), and I even thanked Miss Roxy and Miss Melissa by royally pooping my pants.  Before I knew it, the whole morning had passed and Situ & Daddy were there to pick me up (Daddy skipped work today).  I cried when I saw them, but it was mixed emotions -- I suddenly remembered how Daddy ditched me, but also Miss Roxy was mid-wipe of my poop....Awk-Ward!
When we got home, Dad could tell I was pooped....of course he also knew I pooped.  But Situ wasn't psyched for our usual nap date.  Instead, she insisted that we immediately strip me naked and bathe me while simultaneously burning my school clothes, lest those tiny ugly germs infest the house.  And even though I had already eaten lunch, I was to eat another lunch that she prepared.  Someone forgot to tell Situ that I'm the boss of me (and the universe, obviously); I like the bath, but it was time for nonnies (nap time).  When I woke up Situ had left, and Daddy and I had fun dancing to the Wiggles and cooking dinner for Mommy.  When Mommy got home she asked me all about my first day of school -- in my own words, I told her 'that place' was pretty fun.  And as I dozed off to sleep, Mommy kissed me and said we were going to do it all over again tomorrow.... Poop!
