Welcome to ZoeAndStella.com, the new blog for the new Zarwi family, starring Zoe Cassielle and Stella Penelope. Mom, Dad and Baby will periodically post about their lives together, and hopefully share some thoughts and feelings about what it's like to be new parents, a new baby, and a new family.
It's been a long time since a blog post, but I've been doing lots of growing and having lots of fun since August. Speaking of August, we all miss the summer! Labor Day weekend and September were lots of fun. I rode Jidu's statues all over his house at Cape Cod, from the Pandas in the back, to the turtles on the side, to the lions in the front. It was also great beach weather for some fun in the sun in my latest Pump House gear, not to mention my new Juicy outfit for the cloudy days. September was an awesome month of fun and sun in Massachusetts and New Jersey. I went to Point Pleasant three more times in September, and I rode my first boardwalk ride of all time. It was the alligator ride that goes in circles and up and down. The alligator was totally cool with me riding on his back; it turns out he was a vegetarian. Take it from me, all babies speak alligator. Speaking of speaking, I've been sharpening my imitation skills big time. I can now say, "Touchdown! Home Run! and Not in your mouth!" Just kidding. Besides, dust bunnies are delicious. In truth, I can imitate pretty well, and I can say words like Mama, Dada, Up, Down, Barney ('bonnie'), Blanket ('bink'), Pooh, Water, Apple, Pie, Bye, No, and I can babble together a thought, like, 'Dada, minaminamina down!' (Dada, let's go downstairs!). I can also give you a kiss on your cheek if you ask nicely.
Daddy's birthday was also fun in the sun. I rode more rides with my pal Noah Mallow. Noah's daddy even won me a red Angry Bird on the boardwalk. Thanks Uncle Mike! As a present to Dad, I kept all of my poop in my diaper. You're welcome, Dad.
I also rode more even more rides with my pals Mackenzie, Kyle and Jack Thompson, Serafina Visco and our neighbor Mila Golden. Daddy got dizzy on the dinos; it's okay dad, just let me go by myself next time, I'm a big girl now.
October's been cooler, but I've been working out at the playground a lot. I also hung out with my Godfamily -- George, Niko and Angelica are so much fun! We ran around Nouna's house together, played on the iPad, and we even did some karaoke. It was awesome.
Speaking of awesome, I love the playground. I love playing with other kids, climbing and sliding down any slide I can find. I love licking the monkey bars and chewing on mulch.... just kidding, mulch is too dry for my taste.
This Halloween I'm going to be a monkey. Check out a preview of my costume! Oooh-ooooh-oooh-ah-ah-ahhhh! Oddly enough, we both like bananas, being tickled, and occasionally flinging poo.
That's all for now! Happy Halloween! Booooo!
